iSmart AI Garages is a platform garage door companies use to offer online quotes, booking and payment. This policy covers two groups: companies that sign up for the platform, and homeowners who use a company's quote or booking page. For homeowner information, the garage door company you're working with decides how it is used; we process it on their behalf.

Companies: account name, work email and password, company name, markets, service ZIP codes, team members, pricing and settings, plan and billing status.

Homeowners: the property address entered, options configured, and contact details provided — name, email and mobile number — plus the appointment requested.

Everyone: pages viewed, steps completed, approximate location, device and browser type, and the campaign or source that referred the visit.

Plan subscriptions and any online payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers. We receive the plan, payment status and renewal date.

• Running the platform: quotes, configurations, bookings and lead delivery to the right company and market.
• Letting companies contact homeowners about the project they requested.
• Managing company accounts, subscriptions, billing and support.
• Measuring which campaigns bring visitors and improving the product.
• Keeping the service secure and preventing spam and abuse.

Companies may send appointment confirmations and reminders to the number and email a homeowner provides. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of texts, or use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email. Messages about work already booked may still be sent.

Homeowner requests are shared with the garage door company that owns the quote page. We also use service providers for hosting, maps and imagery, payments, communications and analytics, only as needed to run the service. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law.

Cookies and local storage keep your progress through a quote, remember your language choice and the source that referred you, and keep you signed in. You can block cookies in your browser; some features may stop working.

Company data is kept separate: team members only see their own company's records and the markets they're assigned to. We keep records as long as an account is active or as needed for legal and accounting purposes. Companies can ask us to delete their account data after cancelling.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or opt out of marketing, by emailing us. Homeowners can also contact the company they booked with. Depending on your state, you may have additional rights.

The platform is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
