Terms of service

By creating an account, subscribing, or using a quote or booking page powered by iSmart AI Garages, you agree to these terms. Part A applies to garage door companies; Part B applies to homeowners.

Plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, at the price shown on the pricing page when you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. There is no free trial.

You can change plans, update your card or cancel from Billing in your portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Payments already made are not refunded except where required by law.

• You set and are responsible for your prices, service areas, availability, promotions and warranties.
• You are the seller of the work to the homeowner and are responsible for performing it.
• You keep your account credentials secure and are responsible for your team's activity.
• You contact homeowners in line with applicable calling, texting and marketing laws.
• You only display licenses, reviews, badges and claims that are true and that you're entitled to use.

Your company's leads, customers and settings belong to you. We use them only to run the service for you. Sample prices provided at sign-up are placeholders — replace them with your own before sharing your page.

We may suspend an account for non-payment, misuse, or activity that harms homeowners or the platform. We'll contact you first where we reasonably can.

Prices on a company's page come from that company's price book. They may change if conditions at the property differ from what was configured; the company will review any change with you before doing additional work.

Appointments are requests confirmed by the company and may move for availability or weather. Deposits, cancellations, warranties and repair diagnoses are set by the company you book with.

By providing your mobile number you agree to receive calls and texts about your project from the company you contacted. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.

The platform is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount a company paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not responsible for work performed by garage door companies. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here and notify companies by email of material changes.
